| Campaign story | After a collapse of crime syndicates in South America created a large power vacuum throughout the Caribbean. A new organization known as Cartel Unido has taken the throne. They merge narcotics smuggling and terrorist tactics. Using profits from cocaine, weapons, and human trafficking, Cartel Unido has established armed enclaves. Their influence extends into local governments, militias, and shipping companies. Violence is spreading and the United States of America has put the Coast Guard to the forefront of maritime security operations. Initially tasked with smugglers, the Coast Guard has uncovered a larger network involving insurgents, corrupt officials, and mercenaries. What begins as law enforcement will slowly uncover layers of the conspiracy. Will progress from routine boardings to major special operations raids. |

Phase 3: Support local governments, deliver humanitarian aid, and free the ports from cartel control. Phase 4: Raid terrorist camps, capture HTVs, and destroy stockpiles. Phase 5: Assault cartel headquarters, capture cartel leadership, and transfer security back to regional control. |

Campaign proposal has been review, but J3 has questions regarding;
- Current active conflicts and conflicts that were "hot" in the recent past are against the fundamentals of UNITAF, therefore we advise, that all factions, potential bad guys and anything else that might be "real life inspired" are re-named to fictional ones.
- J3 likes the concept and also encourages a few theater testing orbats to "build up the hype".
