--- OPERATIONS ORDER ---
Situation
Background InformationAfter a highly successful first strike, 3rd Recon Battalion, Alpha company, 1st Platoon, has proven they are swift, silent, and deadly. Due to the HVT getting away, we have been tasked with assaulting the northern FOB while capturing or killing the HVT. Next, the captured civilian has given us intel on a potential enemy AA Pos next to enemy officer housing. Lastly, securing a LP/OP to prepare for a platoon sized assault on the enemy air field.
Friendly Forces
F. Higher: 1st Platoon, is to secure the HVT, LOCATE and DESTROY AA Positions, and SUPPORT the CoObj B by securing a LP/OP IOT to gather intel on Air field assets. Adjacent: 2nd SQD will DESTROY CoObj C to the south in AO Bravo. 3rd SQD will be conducting a resupply on Co AA to prepare for ASSAULT on CoObj B. Attached: 1x Drone Operator Det/Supporting: None

E. The AO will be clear of AA defense capabilities and the HVT will no longer be a threat to friendly forces. Lasty, securing an LP/OP to prepare for the platoon ASSAULT on CoObj A.
Execution
Commander's IntentThe purpose of this mission is to eliminate key personnel and emplacements, and gather intelligence on surrounding forces in the northern Akarya isles in preparation for a full scale assault on the airfield.
Tasks and Sequencing
PHASE 0: Preparation - ALL CALLSIGNS ensure adequate supplies on person to sustain operations without logistic support for the duration of this mission. -- Any additional support required for adequate load bearing is to be communicated to BAKER 1. - ALL CALLSIGNS will be outfitted with NVGs, suppressors, lasers, and equipment for underwater insertion. - Team Leaders will be provided IR strobes for coordination with the UAV Operator. PHASE 1: Underwater Insertion - ALL CALLSIGNS mount in RHIBs in preparation for seaborne insertion. -- Team Leaders attach IR strobes for team coordination during underwater approach. - All Callsigns move to dismount point and initiate underwater approach. -- BAKER 1-1 & BAKER 1-2 regroup on RP-A before splitting towards their landing locations.
- UAV Operator gathers intelligence on the port and confirms location of HVT.
PHASE 2: Port Capture
- BAKER 1-1 & BAKER 1-2 stage for assault in a covered and concealed position.
- UAV Operator assists BAKER 1 with stealth maintenance.
- Method of capture to be determined in field alongside full information of enemy forces and emplacements.
- Following successful clearing of the port, ALL CALLSIGNS proceed NW towards concealment and RP-B.
PHASE 3: HVT Elimination
- BAKER 1-1 & BAKER 1-2 stage for assault at or nearby RP-B.
-- Combat Engineer places a breaching charge for each fireteam on the outer wall.
- BAKER 1 coordinates clearing of compound. Priority will be assigned to ensuring the HVT does not escape.
-- UAV Operator remains on standby for fires on priority targets.
- Following successful elimination of the HVT, ALL CALLSIGNS regain stealth via NW concealment towards RP-C.
PHASE 4: AA Destruction
- It is critical that stealth is maintained through phase 3 to delay QRF and ensure officer capture in phase 4.
- ALL CALLSIGNS stage for assault at or nearby RP-D.
- Method of capture to be determined in field alongside full information of enemy forces and emplacements.
- UAV Operator assists with stealth maintenance and gathers intelligence on phase 4.
PHASE 5: Officer Capture
- ALL CALLSIGNS approach Rastsvet from the south using concealment at RP-E.
-- Combat Engineer begins mining operation on Western MSR to guard against QRF.
- BAKER 1-1 @ BAKER 1-2 clear town and HQ from south to north, coordinated by BAKER 1.
-- ALL CALLSIGNS remain Weapons Orange to ensure live capture of suspected officer.
- UAV Operator scans western MSR for QRF and remains on standby for priority fires.
PHASE 6: Listening & Observation Post
- With enemy officer captured, ALL CALLSIGNS quickly retreat south towards RP-F, using mines to halt QRF advance and nighttime concealment to regain stealth.
-- UAV Operator scans compound for OPFOR or civilian activity.
- ALL CALLSIGNS ensure compound security to establish an intelligence post, in preparation for the airfield assault.
-- This phase is to be executed with strict stealth maintenance. Being discovered during phase 6 will compromise LP/OP concealment.
Administration/Logistics
ResupplyLOGISTIC SUPPORT WILL BE UNAVAILABLE for the duration of this operation. ALL CALLSIGNS will infil with sufficient supplies to sustain the assigned operations. Any requirements for additional carrying capacity or load spreading should be coordinated through BAKER 1. Team Leaders will be provided backpacks to assist with ammunition carrying. Ammo Bearer will assist carrying supplies for priority weapon systems. BAKER 1 will carry mining supplies for the Combat Engineer and AA munitions for the AA Specialist.
Medical
COMPLETE MEDICAL SUPPORT WILL BE CONDUCTED IN FIELD (PAK IN FIELD ON).
