Situation

Background Information
With the American landings and the Rebels pulling back on all fronts following Anvil's raid, British Command has decided that the time for a full scale attack has come. Gathering every mechanised forces left in BAF depots, Anvil is tasked with breaking through the weakened frontline and denying the advancing PLA the strategically important Airport Lesce. The Mortarman is equipped with artillery computer, but is expected to move with his team and perform squad duties. Available Assets: [2x] MCV-80 Warrior (SLAT) [1x] FV-432 Bulldog (L7A2) [1x] MTVR Mk23 APK Flatbed (M240) [1x] Land Rover 110 (Mortar)

Five-Star Rating System

Combat Intensity: ☆☆☆☆☆ Roleplay Emphasis:Difficulty: ☆☆☆☆☆

Friendly Forces
[BLUFOR] ROYAL NAVY 3 Commando Brigade (3CB): - Our previous forces have been scattered and dwindled across the island after the sinking of the HMS Queen Elizabeth and invasion of the Chinese PLA. - However, Anvil platoon has put together what support it has left in attempt to conduct a large scale breakout operation using warrior ifvs, weapon teams and logistical support... (commando team pre-invasion, mostly kia) (HMS queen Elizabeth post-evacuation sinking on the shores of Ritmo)

Enemy Forces
[INDEP] Free Army of Ritmo (FAR): - Our original enemy, this force mobilized to overthrown the democratic leadership of this nation and have been fighting us for several weeks as we have attempted to restore order and liberty to the islands of Ritmo. - These forces are poorly equipped with cold war equipment and rare body armour, however are regularly supported by APC/ifv and mbts. - Once thought to be assisted by the newly invading Chinese PLA, these forces have now too turned on the FAR and seem to be attempting to take the islands for themselves, whatever the cost, whatever the reason... (far forces attacking a once-allied fob) (far armoured forces mobilizing to assault the capital, now controlled by pla forces) [OPFOR] People's liberation army (PLA): - Our new enemy, this force has recently invaded the island and joined the conflict after supposedly sinking the HMS Queen Elizabeth. - Their motives are unknown but they are a highly capable force supported by rampart armored vehicles and air support. - The majority of their forces are located further south and are likely distracted by our supporting american fleet... (pla checkpoint, taken from a separate source)

Mission

Execution

Commander's Intent
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: - To violently pierce the enemy front line and put an end the stalemate and entrapment we have tolerated for so long... SECONDARY OBJECTIVE: - To damage or destroy as much enemy support as possible in the event of a later withdrawal (weapon caches, military installations, armoured vehicles, etc.)... TERTIARY OBJECTIVE: - To secure the nearby enemy airfield so that we may easier receive support from our american allies or eventual royal navy fleet, and to avoid enemy PLA capture, as they are currently assaulting it...
