I/JR57(1st COY/57th Infantry Regiment) Light infantry squad equipped with makeshit AT weapons.
Supporting Assets
No friendly reinforcements are to be expected due to the gravity of the situation and 9th Div being stretched to the limit. Majority of the Infantry Regiments have endured severe casualties and have been reorganized into imporvised battegroups, and most of the divisions artillery has been destroyed due to excessive barrel wear, repelling the 163rd Infantry Division few weeks prior.
Enemy Forces
The well equipped 44th "Blue" Infantry Division, consisting of mostly UkrSSR troops, reinforced by a seperate tank battalion.
Mission
TaskingI/JR57 is to move North towards the MSR and initiate probing attacks on small portions of 44th Division.
End-state
Friendly element combat effective, with Soviet pocket destroyed/significantly weakened, and potential additional supplies acquired.
Execution
Commander's IntentThe intent is to screen towards the enemy pocket and do a combined attack on them and then retreat in time before enemy responses will arrive
Tasks and Sequencing
PHASE 0 ALL CALLSIGNS will report for for last minute briefing 5 min after start ex RTO will responsible for FT communication when needed if distance needs to be increased. And responsible for Command orders and updates on Freq 87 PHASE 1 HUNTER 1-1 Will take lead with RTO attached HUNTER 1-2 Will follow HUNTER 1 until we got a good overwatch Both teams will be ready on to engage when Red smoke is popped by HUNTER 1 When Green smoke is popped All elements need to rally around the Green smoke Once area is secure we plant Charges on the enemy assets and prepare to move PHASE 2 Depending on the situation we either scout for another location or break contact and plan from there
Administration/Logistics
ResupplyALL CALLSIGNS will cross the LD fully loaded according to the units SOP. These supplies will come from the staging area. This basic load is expected to sustain the team throughout the mission, without support. 1x rifleman per team can have a small backpack for some ammo distribution.
