Tasks and Sequencing
PHASE 0 FOX platoon will step off towards WP-12A after briefing HAMMER 3 will prepare a smokescreen at Smokescreen A PHASE 1 - Caucasia FOX 2 will set up at BOF-2B engaging targets as able and providing suppression Once BOF is set FOX 1 is to move through AP-1B and over the bridge securing a bridgehead, allowing FOX 2 to follow over Once sufficient bridgehead has been secured FOX 1 will move through WP-12C to assault the top of the hill along AP-1D and rescue the captives. Once captives are rescued, FOX 1 is to immediately retreat back along the path used over the bridge Meanwhile FOX 2 will hold rear security allowing FOX 1 to operate and fall back safely. Once FOX platoon is safely back over the bridge, HAMMER 3 is to strike the entire area of Caucasia focusing on known hostile positions. Meanwhile FOX platoon will head to WP-12A where LOGPAK and vehicles for transport will have been prepared. PHASE 2 - Catalina FOX Platoon is to head towards the town of Catalina As we approach dismount HAMMER 3 is to strike TRP-3 which is assumed to be a military checkpoint to soften it up After dismounting FOX 1 will push around the base and towards the dirt airfield FOX 2 is to assault the base To prevent QRF from approaching from the FOB to the East HAMMER 3 will heavily strike TRP-4 After base and town is secure FOX platoon will resupply inside the base. And after resupply initiate movement towards the city of Montelibano and along the way observe whether TRP-4 needs additional strikes PHASE 3 - Montelibano FOX 2 will assault the Intel HQ and set up on BOF-2L engaging targets across the river and support the crossing of the bridge FOX 1 is to ensure there are no hostile strongpoints in the western part of the north side of the river and prepare to cross the river once FOX 2 is set up. Once ready, HAMMER 3 will prepare a smokescreen close to the FOB at which point FOX 1 will cross. Once over the river FOX 1 is either to assault the FOB or push west based on largest current threat. FOX 2 is to cross over and support based on current threats when deemed appropriate in field. PHASE 4 - Defence Once the FOB has been taken FOX 1&2 is to take defensive positions ensuring we have line of sight down the river and the MSR Friendly forces will attempt to bring in supplies if able to allow holding longer. If getting overrun, we must be decisive in our decision to fall back, if enemies get to close while crossing the bridge we'll be defenceless
