The USSR took the fall of Southern Vietnamese forces as an opportunity to forward deploy troops and reinforce their position in the Vietnamese peninsular. The PSRV welcomed this with arms open. Last week the PSRV formally invaded Laos and Cambodia, both nations governments quickly fell and both PSRV Forces and USSR Forces have begun reinforcing the area. USMC Platoon Mike successfully defended the FOB from enemy counter attack and began a successful counter attack to the north with the intent on destroying VC Arty positions that was a success however in the waning moments of the assault SFC Johnson was captured and intel suggests was extracted to FOB Kon Tum.
